Tech Detective LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and leads regarding IT services, appointment scheduling, consultation follow-ups, and service updates. Messages are sent from our business phone number, (888) 404-7707, through a third-party SMS platform provider acting on our behalf.
Almost every text conversation we have starts with you. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists, and we do not text anyone who has not contacted us or asked us for service. Consent is established in one of these ways:
Consent is never a condition of purchasing any service, and you do not have to agree to texts to work with us, because I will use phone or email instead. However a conversation starts, you can end it at any time by replying STOP.
We send only the operational and customer-care messages listed in Section 3 and detailed on our message types page. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text on behalf of anyone else.
